Custom Foundations – Housing Applications – Color Chart
These are concrete pre-cast perimeter wall systems that are textured and finished on both sides.
The product is made from 5000 psi reinforced concrete and has integral
color (12 colors available) mixed into it so there is no need to plaster or paint. It is a post and panel system, where the posts are installed into a 4′ deep x 12″ wide foundation (there is no running foundation) and the panels are simply slipped in between the posts into a ‘tongue and groove’ system.
The posts have 2 pieces of 5/8″ rebar in them and the panels have galvanized wire-mesh running through them. The standard system can be used to create walls from 1′ high up to 8′ high and can incorporate wrought iron work if desired (the product can be used for higher walls up to 15′ in custom applications). The system can be installed incredibly fast compared to traditional block wall options; 100 linear foot of wall (6′ or 8′ high) can be installed in approx 4-6 days, as opposed to 2-3 weeks with a traditional block wall.
Regarding maintenance, since the product has integral color, a pressure wash every 2 yrs or so is all that is required.
